Flange Facing Solutions

Flange Facing helps to keep your plant running efficiently, safely and more environmentally friendly. In-Situ Flange Facers save time and money by doing repairs on-site and In-place. In-Situ Machining is equipped with a full line of flange facers that can handle 0” to 13′ in diameter and larger upon request. We can also provide a wide range of facing related services.

PT. Chuck Engineering provides a wide range of inspection , measurement and alignment services that complement our on-site machining. With perhaps the largest and most diverse assortment of measurement and alignment instrumentation, Chuck is able to guarantee precise location, orientation and size measurements before, during, and after our machining operations. All our measurement equipment and instrumentation is calibrated on a regular basis.

PT. Chuck Engineering possesses the most extensive heavy workshop facilities in Batam Island and has the ability to take work pieces up to 20 tonnes in weight. A 22,000m² workshop holding an impressive inventory, handling and fabrication equipment including a full range of machines suited to machining, maintenance, repair and build work for the petrochemical, energy, marine and metals industries.

Our workshop has been purpose built to provide the most efficient fabrication lines, by increasing productivity through the design of production systems, and minimizing handling – meaning that we are able to fabricate at a faster rate, and a better price. A 22,000m² workshop holding an impressive inventory, handling and fabrication equipment including overhead cranes 20 tonne. The machine shop houses a large collection of lathes, and drop saws, vertical bores and hydraulic punches. Inclusive of our blast and paint section, blast pots, airless spray units, conventional spray guns and an air-conditioned paint store.

Our experience includes Epoxy, polyurethanes, thermally sprayed aluminiumglass flake, coal tar epoxy and more. Welding equipment includes more than 20 welding machines, wire feeders, circle cutters, baking ovens and vast amounts of additional auxiliary equipment and materials.

CHUCK`s fabrication capacity includes process piping , process modules, skids with the flexibility to man up, based on project requirements. CHUCK is in the process of having the fabrication yard certified to ASME standards to fabricate pressure vessels. With the help of our sister concern (UOS) in Singapore chuck is quipped to provide design service with the following expertise.

Parts are cut, drawn, drilled, sheared, milled, stamped, punched, rolled and turned to produce the desired structure and finish.

► Shaft diameters from 1/4 to 10” & shaft lengths up to 21” are attained through our in-line shaft machines.
► Our vertical lathes can machine up to Dia.150” at height up to 80”.
► Our Boring machine is capable to boring ,turning and facing Dia. 250”.
► Milling Up to 230” length in a single set up.

Offshore power equipment, heavy lifting equipments, pipe layered, brake parts, construction parts, conveyors, hydraulic cylinders, are effectively machined through conventional processes.
